any tips??

I’ve only been properly vaping for about 6 months as before I would just borrow my friends etc but I decided to quit recently and I didn’t think it would be so hard,
I don’t have any other symptoms but if I sit down to study or am having a bad day my mind immediately goes to wanting to vape. I try reason w myself like if I buy cigarettes instead then I’d need to go out and smoke so I’d do it less often and it would be easier on me / my studying. but ik I have no self control and I’d just smoke all the time.. i feel like the thing i missed most abt vaping was the self destructive aspect aswell as the buzz
also every tip to help stop vaping is non nicotine vapes or gum and I don’t wanna use non nicotine stuff bc I’ve alr quit long enough and gum or having smth in my mouth does not work… is there any proper tips/ stuff that has helped people other than these?
