Im lowkey going crazy

Hey guys, im 21 and have been on isotretinion for a year and 3 months (mostly on 30 mg, sometimes little higher or a little lower). I had such smooth progress until i got on spirolactone in october (while still on iso) then started getting small bumps. Ive been of it for 6 months but the bumps have gotten progressively worse over time and, now that im weaning off accutane (now on my last month of 10mg), i have soooo many bumps and my texture is horrible plus im getting pimples now. I am geniunely so sad and discouraged, and my dermatologist has really invalidated me and said its not a big deal when it clearly is not normal. I dont know how to treat this or where to go, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you🥲🥲

Weird bumps?

Hey guys. So ive been on accutane since april 2025 (just over a year now). I started on 16mg for a few months and have been on 30mg ever since. For the past few months ive been these bumps on my cheeks/jawline, they are super stubborn and almost dont look like pimples. I asked my derm if she thought it was kp but she said no. Im getting worried cuz im supposed to get off soon (been on this thing wayyy too long) but im not technically full clear because of this bumpy stuff. Is anyone else experiencing this or can tell me what it is?
