When to use the triggers to remember and stay awake?
In Wave 1, Track 1 and 2, Bob tells us to tap the fingers of our right hand behind our neck to remember things and on our forehead to stay awake.
When are we supposed to carry these actions out? When we want to recall something that already happened?
Or
Is it when something is happening in the present and we want to remember it forever?
Similarly, is the awake command for staying mind awake during the tapes?
Or
Is it to jolt ourselves awake during waking day when we are sleepy, say in a class?
