Best headset to minimize background noise?

Starting a remote job soon and looking for a nice pair of wireless headphones/headset (with mic) that work really good in minimizing background. Example, the doorbell ringing, dogs barking, kids calling for you, etc. I will be participating in Teams meetings and zoom meetings, so I’ll need a mic.

Last year I posted on here asking how to lower my BP. It worked!

I’m 27, female. Last year I posted this picture on here of my high readings. I lost 40 pounds (I’m on no medications) and for the first time in forever I had a GREEN screen pop up instead of red. Lol.
