I've definitely spent time building workflows that looked clever but solved problems I didn't actually have.

Looking back, I would have been better off fixing one simple bottleneck instead of chasing the newest tool.

Do you work better in short bursts or longer sessions ?

I've tried both approaches. Some days I'll spend twenty or thirty minutes completing tasks , while other days I'll set aside a couple of hours and Focus without interruptions.

I've noticed my accuracy changes depending on how long I've been working.

There are so many books , Youtube channels , university lecturers , research papers , and online resources that it can be overwhelming for beginners .
