I recently cracked me iPhone phone screen and am going to be getting it fixed. What should I do? Should I just do manual injections if it’s a day? I also have a back up iPhone for this kind of thing but I’m new to twiist. Can I just download the app and connect a new cassette to the other phone?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello, has anyone heard of the Glowcose, Sugar Picle, and MySugar Dash devices that show your CGM values? Does anyone know if they are compatible with using the libre 3 plus with twiist?

Hi I recently started the twiist pump with the libre free style 3. I just got it prescribed and my insurance is asking I pay 225 for 6 sensors. Is this reasonable? I called my insurance company and they said they couldn’t lower the price that the provider (I’m guessing pharmacy) could. Is 225 reasonable? It ends up coming up to around $2.50 per day if I calculate it like that.

I am used to Dexcom where I would pay 40 for 3 sensors.

Hi, I’m new to Twiist—I started last week. Is it normal to notice a faint insulin smell when I run my fingers over the infusion site while the pump is connected, especially when I bolus or have insulin on board?

I previously used Omnipod and experienced frequent leaks, so I used the smell as an indicator. I’ve tried placing a tissue over the site and don’t see any visible insulin, but I can still smell it—and my boyfriend and mom can too.
