Just boarded at Northgate. Signage said 2 line was arriving first, then 1 line, but both were scheduled at the same time.

When the train arrived, the 2 then 1 order had changed on the sign to 1 then 2 so I hopped on. (This was hard to tell, no screen was visible from this part of the platform, so it was a scramble to look and see if I wanted to board.)

Now that I'm riding, there are no announcements, and the digital signage on-board isn't working.

What am I missing? Realizing the door light color is super confusing too because it sorta matches the line colors, and someone could assume green is 1 line...
