My tesla rims are damaged on all the tires. It looks so bad it isnt fixable anymore, even with paint. Is there something like a rim cover from alirxpress you guys recommend?

Got this weird paint damage, the car was at a parking lot. Have tried every cleaning product to get it out but didnt work. No idea how this happend but I guess someone crashed to it or something. Any ideas how to fix this or does it need polishing?
