You can see that both stocks got sold at the same date n time. I did not make the sell order, nor did the Long certificate expire, matter of fact, you are still able to buy it.

I have contacted the support on April 23 but havent got any answer yet, I‘m still waiting.

It‘s hard cuz I lost money on this. I was planning on holding for a longer time and Fortinet surged right after.

I don‘t know how something like this can happen. This is a huge problem.
