Does the Attorney Office Collect Interest on the monies "Payment Made" from the Trust?

So my question is, Since the portal states payment made and the attorney I assume gets the funds in an account, or if they don't please explain, if they do get the money in the account is there interest associated with this? and if so where and who does the interest go to? Also I was told that it takes 90 days for medicare to respond, is this correct? Thanks at this point I want to cry and before this last year I had little to no emotions.

Lien Search Charge Amount?

My firm apparently uses Zipliens. I know all the firms use different lien search companies. My question is what is a nominal fee for them to charge each person to do a lien search? Thank you.

Payment Made

Portal says payment made it’s in blue. Does it turn to green when the money is sent? Or has the money been sent already to the attorney? And has anyone had experience with zipliens? Thanks for all the help.

Some confusion here about who makes the payment.

My portal status changed to Payment Made in Blue and the claim Status says Supplemental Payments. My questions are: Does this mean the lawyer received the payment? And also does one company handle all payments that go out to the claimants no matter what law firm it is, I.E. does everyone send and process payments through Milestone, etc? Also what is the timeline from this point? Thanks this has been such a long process.
