1 month in Thailand 30l vs 40l

For those that have made the trip, did you regret taking a bigger bag?

Find below my pack list, I’m very torn between having the luxury of extra space but I am inexperienced when it comes to bag packing. Will I be comfortable with a 30l with these items?

Where to send troubled 7 y/o niece for training?

I’m looking for information for my niece. She has had a difficult year through family and personal troubles and recently she has started becoming violent towards her parents and other children to which she has gotten hurt due to starting fights with bigger children including boys at her school.

She initially went to karate lessons however these were none contact and overall more for entertainment than sports purpose. We have since pulled her out as we believe the lack of discipline taught by instructors mixed lack of physical contact is making for some difficult situations.

I am not a fighter myself, my parents never allowed us to partake in such activities, however I do wish for my niece to be able to stand up for herself should the situation arise. She also very much enjoyed karate and wishes to continue with a more contact oriented sport.

What sort of classes would teach her both the restraint and understanding of abilities but also the discipline to not make her a violent maniac?
