Beginner here! I am going hard on Lu Bu(TC 1 rn). So what would you guys do here? I have Lu Bu and Shane(TC 1 rn) in the wishlist banner.Which banner would you guys gamble on?

I have around 300 summon vouchers left after using 100 which unlocked the wishlist feature, can you guys tell me which heroes I should wishlist? And where should I use summon cards, in the "Welcome Wishlist Summon" or the " Hero Summon". And the 7 seven Knights cards which can be obtained from login, i used 2 to get Rudy. I somewhere read to blindly go for Rudy Transcendence 6.

Any suggestions are appreciated and sorry for poor English.
