What are your microbiome maintenance tips/prevention techniques?
I’ve been having sex with a few different partners as of late, which is awesome, but of course, puts the microbiome at risk. I would love to know what your maintenance tips post-sex and prevention techniques are to keep the ph balanced.
Here’s what I do currently:
• Prevention-wise, I take Nuora gummies, URO vaginal probiotics, and try to maintain a balanced diet.
• Post-sex I try to pee right after and shower/rinse the vulva with water.
Is there anything else I can/should be doing? What are some things my partners could do for me? I may start requiring that they use mouthwash or rinse their mouth before going down. 🤔
