If you have a wand poking out of a waist pack, can you still ride Hagrids with the waist pack?

I was trying to print out each park map and I keep getting "Oops, Sorry. This page has rolledout." when I try to download Epic. Is there a downloadable Epic map available and there is just a temp website issue or is this just a placeholder page?

Does anyone here have one of these Epic Universe Emblem Waist Bags? The website says it is 12"x6" with no depth listed and I am curious if the dimensions are pouch part itself and if so, does anyone know how deep the bag is (since they only give 2 dimensions)? Does this bag qualify as one of the waist bags you can wear on rides that dont allow backpacks?

During the lead up to Early Park Admission, where are the holding areas for people before they start letting people in for Epic and IOA? Is it possible to access a day use locker area before EPA or do you have to use part of your EPA time to get a locker?
