1. I know that builds for it aren't available right now, any idea when they might be back up?

2. I just bought my phone and I know about the 7 day waiting period but will I need to fully update it on the stock android OS before I can unlock the bootloader?

3. If I can unlock the bootloader on an earlier update, is it better to stay on an earlier update because of the anti-rollback protection?
