I’m an American with an Airbnb in Mexico. I recently got my Mexican citizenship and if I enter my RFC, then the 20% withholding goes down to 4% and the VAT down to 8%. The problem is that I heard you have to do taxes monthly and that usually you need an accountant. Konta.com is supposed to replace an accountant. Does anyone have experience using Konta.com before I try and dive into Mexican taxes and end up having to pay an accountant? Thanks!
I inherited this system and by looking up all the pieces, I just figured out that about a year or 2 ago my dad had spent around $32k on it not even including tax or shipping. I have no business owning a record player worth this much when I can barely pay my bills. Im hoping to be able to downgrade this into a record player system that a normal broke person could afford. Like, it does the trick, looks good, and sounds good to non audiophiles… Is this possible for around $2k, so that I can pull hopefully a lot of equity out of it but still have a decent record player? I told my mom I wanted a record player, so I don’t want her to think I just wanted to sell it, but I think downgrading is much more reasonable. Also, how much resale value does this system have?
