If I have a cluster of two TDNS servers, am I correct in thinking that, for my DHCP advertised DNS servers, I can use one as primary and the other as secondary?

Wife and myself have separate 2degrees accounts for our prepay numbers. I just went to top up for next month and both accounts say that there is "no active recurring combo". Of course, the help desk is closed now and we're due to start travelling tomorrow so I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this or is it a glitch? My greatest concern is re losing our numbers, although they still list on the account logins. Both phones are still working OK and the "existing" plans were paid up until early next month.
