I was serving hopping and someone was asking for a cheap griffin. Griffin's are now 170+ tokens. They said it's for the new xp method with Empress Bee. Can anyone confirm this and how many minutes does it take to age 1-50?

What's the exact recipe for these foods? I tried all the fruits I saw here on reddit but I can't get a sandwich or spaghetti.
