anyone considering joining a group law suite for visa pause?

At this point I just don't know what to do. Sometimes I feel like I should join a law suite and sometimes it feels like everything will be fine within couple of months. Every single day feels like forever. The way the govt is defending and pressurizing Judge for plaintiffs only order, it looks like maybe I should consider joining one for my husband. Anyone recently have joined any law suite or considering joining one?

can anyone please explain the difference of this 3 options that consular officers choose? My husband took the interview today and everything went well. The officer also said your interview was good. No further action is needed. then he marked this. I know the pause going on. But people are saying option 3 is the best. That means everything is ready to go. But my husband got option 2. Is it going to cause extra delay? I am no nervous and it's also making me frustrated.
