I've been on hold with Optics Planet for 2 and half hours AMA
Ordered something a couple of days ago, paid for same day processing and it says "Order needs your attention, please contact us" on the order page.
Before anyone asks, I did do the email form and it said someone would get to me in 24 hours, its now past 48 and I'd rather wait on the phone than have them cancel the order.
