I am trying to understand how much worse the heat, humidity and overall experience is in Puerto Vallarta in September compared to July.

I went there once in mid July in 2019, and I've wanted to come back again ever since. At the time, I was there with my ex, and, long story short, I want to experience it again with my boyfriend now, because I LOVED it there (regardless of all the other negative relationship related experiences and feelings). It's just such a beautiful place.

From what I remember, it was EXTREMELY humid, it rained pretty much every afternoon, but I wasn't miserable. I've been reading that September is pretty much the worst month to go, but if I've already experienced it in July, is September comparable or is it completely different and so much worse?

I am going to my brother's graduation this Saturday (school ceremony, not the big commencement). I've been struggling to figure out what to wear. I finally found a dress that I feel comfortable in, it's not too "booby" (other ones I LOVED make me self conscious about how tight they are in the chest area). I'm size small, more on the hourglass figure side, and the dress hits mid shin. I'm planning on wearing nude heels with it. Please be honest, is this "graduation guest" apparel approved or more of a "I'm going out for a summer a date night"?
