Dear Kasselers? Kasselites?

I currently ride an eBike that needs a new rear wheel spoke. I went to a repair shop and they quoted 120Euros for this. I bought this bike for 500. I am not going to pay 1/5th for a single spoke repair.

Does anyone know of a place where I can just bring the wheel and get it done? I don't mind if they need a few days. I can pay up to 40-50Euros. I understand that truing the wheel could take time. Someone suggested bike-fix (but from what I understood even if I myself drop the bike there - they still charge a basic fee of 45 Euros just to look at the bike).
