Low cal meals for picky eaters
I’m trying to lose weight but I’m quite a picky eater, the main things I don’t like are based on texture (eating foods with mushy or inconsistent textures is difficult, so foods like beans and a lot of vegetables as well as certain foods like quinoa are difficult for me). I’m fine with most protein besides salmon, and all fruits are good. Are there any good recipes you guys know that fit these criteria?
