I can’t tell if it’s appendicitis or pure raging constipation.
For context I’ve barely shit in almost 2 weeks. But the weird part about this whole thing is I’ve only had pain on my right lower belly and pain that started in the middle of my belly—but moved. Also. I’ve got a rash across my belly know which I didn’t have before this whole stuff started. I just took magnesium citrate, but I’ve had issues like this before. Worried that it’s my appendix and suddenly it’s like my appendix doesn’t exist and it’s something else entirely. But I’ve been hotter than hell lately, feeling like I’m burning up and having horrible fucking insomnia. Another weird thing. I’m having issues passing gas. And I’ve drank plenty of water and stuff. I’ve never had medical issues other than bilateral ovarian cysts.
Symptoms:
- lower belly pain, mainly right but also middle side.
- fever like skin, and overall warm body temp.
- rash across belly.
- constipation, and difficulty passing gas.
- dizziness, fatigue and nausea.
- difficulty sleeping too.
I’m 18f, and I’ve never had the issue with my appendix before but I’ve heard appendicitis can mimic constipation in some ways, as well as cysts.
