My old SIM was missing, the one I used to my old GCash account. Then, I followed the steps for Transfer of Funds and Services on Gigi Chat. I submitted my ID, new number, new verified account. Fast forward to two days later, they closed my ticket and my ongoing GLoans are gone. All that was transferred was the balance.

How do I get around it? I managed to get the ticket open again and sending a photo on the Gigi chatbot of my ongoing GLoans. I also can't contact Gcash because I don't have a landline.

Huhuhu, please, what do I do in this situation? Since my loans might incur late fees.
