Four bento boxes I made recently

Hi, I've been trying to learn some basic Japanese side dishes. My favorite ones so far are the kinpira and amazuzuke techniques, especially kinpira carrot and rutabaga, and amazuzuke for radishes and cauliflower.

The patty/nugget-esque thing in some of the images is from this nigiricco video. It's become a main dish favorite, and it can go into the lunchbox straight from the freezer.

Another favorite which isn't in any of these pictures, is Mugen cabbage. 10/10, it's really good and super quick to make.

Feel free to recommend some of your own favorite dishes
