Can anyone explain these?

So lately I've been watching a bunch of random Chinese stuff on YouTube, and I've come across a lot of entire movies which are AI generated, and many of them are actually pretty good, here is an example of one of my favourite ones https://youtu.be/fuCkyCv0EdQ

But I don't understand how are they able to do such good character consistency, and also pump out like a full 2-3 hour movie almost every day? And there are many channels like this. The video in the example, it's clear that it's AI because the lip sync isn't very good, and some scenes have weirdness like cars driving sideways, people merging through doors etc. But honestly the majority of it seems real. So I had a theory that "maybe just a few scenes are AI, but the majority is really acted out" but that doesn't hold true either. So it's just confusing how are they able to make fully entirely AI generated movies at such speed, meanwhile I see things being posted to the subreddit like "took me 1000$ of credits and 1 month to make this" and it's like a 4 minute clip at most. And I also I don't get how it seems so high quality and real in most places

Why do I hear fire alarm noises everywhere

I've been in Ireland only for a couple of months, and I can't help but notice this specific noise everywhere?? No matter where I am, in a city centre, village, town, outskirts, at work, in my house, etc. I always hear this damn noise going off somewhere in the background. Obviously it's not all the time, but like 20 times a day? Can someone explain it?

Edit:sorry if it feels like I'm complaining but that noise triggers me like I think I have mild ptsd or something because of living in my previous country which had war sirens going off all the time. I just don't know what it is and why, just looking for an explanation. Thank you
