I started new job last week and i recently was told i got promoted to newer grade. (i never knew that) I was wondering what are the breakdown regarding probation, when i am getting my lats information? i want to change my direct deposit and i was interested in compress work week, however i never done it before .. (what days would you recommend, or hours etc). tell me more about anything

I start at new agency next week (8/13). Any advice that I should know now that I should have known at my current agency before I start. I been at my current agency as a temp at first now I am permanent (a year being permanent).

I was wondering if my accruals would transfer over to the new agency or would it start over?
