As the title says, I went to Vinyl last night with some friends and my gf who is sober asked for a cup of water and they told her they don’t serve water until 1hr before closing but you can purchase a bottle of Evian ($8) water from them.

They don’t allow sealed water bottles in and they don’t have refill stations anywhere inside. How is this legal when people are heavily drinking for extended periods of time.
