Chances and advice for admission?

Hello everyone!

I'm an in-state rising senior hoping to get some advice on how to maximize my chances of admission as well as how you all think I currently stand. W&M is currently one of my top schools and I am considering applying ED.

Demographics/background:
NoVA resident
LGBTQ male
First-gen
Intended psych major + pre-med

Academics:
3.67 uw gpa (calculated, school only uses weighted)
4.21 w gpa
16 aps by graduation, 9 by application
1440 sat (retaking in August and October)
Upward trend: 4.0 freshman year, 4.3 sophomore year, 4.45 junior year

Awards:
College board school recognition
AP Scholar w/ distinction

Extracurriculars:

-Hospital volunteering (roughly 200 hrs by applying)

-Psychology club founder and president (we hosted PhD guest speakers from a nearby university and did small research projects and lessons)

-Medical equipment company intern (organized an email marketing campaign which resulted in over $10k in profits)

-Part time work at a chinese restaurant and dollar tree (mostly over summers, roughly 20-30 hrs a week)

-Self studied Japanese to an N2 level (upper-intermediate/advanced) and also took AP Japanese

I also know that demonstrated interest is considered in the application process. I recently toured W&M and plan on doing an interview soon.

Sorry for any formatting errors, this is my first time posting. Please feel free to be completely honest.

Thank you!
