Would this happen to be folliculitis? This literally appeared just a couple of months ago. Im a 40 year old male. I have been using a salicylic acid body wash but it doesn't appear to be working. These are quite painful tbh, and I have no idea why the hell this even started in the first place. Any advice? Thank you.

This is my 3rd week solo as a clerk in an RMPO. I am the only person who works this office along with 1 carrier. During my OJT, my OJI showed me how to properly stage mail that needs to go back to the plant, but I cannot remember for the life of me how to properly setup the letter trays and which colored labels to use. I know only FC mail gets fowarded and the large green signs get placed behind the letters, but that's about it. Can someone explain to me how to stage these properly including the forwardable flats? Or maybe direct me to a training video that shows me how to do this correctly?
I just converted to regular within this month, so Im eligible to contribute to the TSP. I just turned 40 in December last year, so Im a bit late in starting with the USPS. I converted to clerk and I am going to be making a little over 57k a year. I don't know a whole lot about investing etc. How much do yall suggest I be putting into the TSP? Im a 5% right now, should I go higher since Im late to the game? I also want to include that on top of my salary I have $10k in cash and $15k sitting in a generic chase savings account.
