So...im M13 and when I goon my seman smells like fish and yesterday when I pissed it felt like I had to piss again REALLY BAD what should I do to help my self cuz i don't wanna tell my parents or anyone and when I pull my foreskin and touch the tip it's hurts it sticky but when I touch it with a clothe it doesn't
