What hardware (router) would I need to set up a starlink mini on bypass mode, and then offer messeging service to about 500 people? If everything works could I cap up/down to 1mb so they can post to social media?

Is there a way to hand of code for cleaning, refactoring, maintaining, etc to my claw so that it's cheaper on my pocket.
