Help me name my dog

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to bring home a female standard poodle puppy in the next few months and am hoping to get some nature and/or running related dog name ideas from you all! The pairing I’m looking at now will be producing solid brown or brown and white poodles. Bonus points if the name starts with P. I’d love some input! Thanks!

Some names I am considering but don’t love for various reasons:

Maple
Juniper
Rocky
Holly
Clover

Consistent Pacing

Hey everyone! Long time runner here (since about 13 years old!) but I took a few years off in college and now seem to be struggling to keep a consistent pace during runs, especially regarding speed work.

I feel like my pacing is so inconsistent and I’m struggling to figure out how to hit, for example, regular 8:30 mile pace during an interval session. Or even during easy runs my pace will range from 9:15-11 minutes within the same run.

Back in high school I had teammates who were so good with hitting consistent paces and I have a few friends now who pace races but I struggle to do it alone! Any advice is appreciated!
