Sekanjabin?
Hi! I have a company here in the US where we make Sekanjabin. I grew up in Iran and what we make is based on my mom’s recipe that she would make for us growing up.
Recently I was at an event and someone told me I should really check out the SCA and their events because folks actually make Sekanjabin during these events!! I thought initially that this was some sort of Iranian group she was referencing but was pleasantly surprised to read what SCA actually is.
So I’m curious if she’s right and if this is something made/served at events?
