There are so many apartments listed for sale have either Airbnb or serviced apartments/hotel in the building. If I live in the building I don't want all these short stay people wandering around & use the facilities. Why can't owners corporation have a bylaw to ban all short stay (they can ban everything else) ?

Why would it a problem for anyone, except slumlords & get rich quick dreamers. All fair dinkum aussies should rejoice.

Are there high-rise apartments allow resident charging EV in the carpark, or EV & apartment living pretty much mutually exclusive ? May not have enough chargers for all the residents.

Fact or friction : EV more prone to fire than ICE, guess harder to put out.
