Purchased mattress in 2023, issues began with it in 2025, sunken holes. Avocado denied my 2026 warranty claim, so I'm here to show everyone how poorly constructed their mattresses are. You can see how the latex completely broke down, and the springs are jumbled in two places. I decided to film the opening up in 1 take to investigate what was happening. No cuts!
Does this look like this should happen in 3 years? Do better, guys.

from Avocado: "The deepest visible impression is approximately 1 inch, which falls below the 1.5 inch threshold required for warranty eligibility. Because the measured indentation does not meet the minimum warranty requirement, we are unable to approve the claim under the terms of the warranty."
