O-1A at CSC, PP fee refunded after 80+ days, EU Citizen, born in a banned country — anyone else? Timelines wanted
- I-129 / O-1A filed May 21 with premium processing, California Service Center (CSC)
- No RFE, no decision, 80+ days now
- USCIS refunded the PP fee on their own, no explanation since
- EU citizen, but born in a country on the 19-country "high-risk" list
Questions:
- Anyone born in a banned country gotten an O-1/I-129 approved since the court rulings?
- Anyone else get the PP refund with no explanation — did your case move after, and how long?
- Current CSC O-1 timelines?
- Did re-filing I-907 (or mandamus) work for you?
