Hello I was wondering if anybody else had a silent update on the 1st of the month on their i130 petition counselor petition for spouses or family members outside the US?

All I ask is someone please give us a answer on why this pause is happening I don't know what to tell my husband at this point we are feeling so much confusion on why things are not moving. I wish they would start working on cases again. Even with submitting a Expedite and still waiting on that Since February I'm still in queue for a damn call back 🙄

Hi everyone I hope everyone is doing well I'm just getting so frustrated and wondering if we're ever going to see any movement on i130 petitions for our spouses this is becoming so overwhelming and so frustrating and so depressing Even with me doing an expedite I'm still waiting for a call back from a tier 2 agent which has been 3 months thus far I even submitted to my Congressman to inquire on my expedite and that was over a month ago and still nothing from them no updates. My Congressman did reach out to the USCIS in regards to my expedite a little over a month ago.

Hello As the title read I have reached out to my congressman in regards to an expedite that I submitted back in April of this year they called my lawyer and she missed the call I called them back to reschedule and I have been in queue ever since I contacted my congressman on the 13th of May I was wondering if they would contact my congressman or if I should still be waiting for the phone call from them has anybody experienced this? And if you have did they contact you after the Congressman Sent a request or did they contact the Congressman instead? I did call the USCIS yesterday and they said that my call back is still in queue.
