Goose is feeling fancy!

A nice outing with my little guy and our friends saluki.

Enjoyed ourselves a nice hike today with our saluki friend and then had a very thorough bath.

We took Goose on his first flight! He's about 7.5 months old and did AMAZING.

We did a lot of training and prep work with the airline carrier (Sleepypod Air Version 1.0) to make sure he'd be happy and comfortable while confined.

It was a perfect short flight from SeaTac to SFO.

Goose explored some sand and ocean waves.

Visited Ebey's Landing on Whidbey Island, WA. My pup earned another bark ranger tag and represented good hiking etiquette.

Took my 7 month old puppy to his first kayak outing! He did great and really enjoyed himself.

Goose had his first lake adventure! He was a complete natural and enjoyed the whole outing.

Goose visited his first National Park and then we went to Cape Flattery which is the northwesternmost point of the contiguous United States.

I have been loving our new small dog life and he's such a good traveler.

A beautiful day for our first time at Cape Flattery. I could hear seals, saw some jelly fish, and it had amazing views.

We visited Olympic National Park and did the Spruce Railroad Trail to Devil's Punchbowl. It was pretty busy for a Monday so we didn't stick around very long. We did pick up his first bark ranger tag from the visitor center.

Then we headed a few hours away to Cape Flattery which was amazing and had great views.

My Biewer mainly has big dog friends for our on leash adventures. He always looks so tiny compared to his long legged companions. I'm very fortunate to have great friends with well mannered big dogs to hang out with.

(For those unfamiliar the azawakh are an extremely lean breed & it is completely natural and healthy)

My friend joined us with her azawakh. The two of them enjoyed their hiking around Tiger Mountain.

This will last all of about 24 hours 😂😂. Weekly grooming at our house is a must and I've been learning how to do everything myself.

Another alpine lake hike for little Goose. He gets super filthy so bath time happens the second we get home.

It wasn't as crazy as I expected even though it was a Sunday. Managed to separate ourselves from the larger groups and find some quieter spots by the lake.
