Confirmed - Nathan from Below Deck was Arrested for Domestic Violence - TW in post
Nathan from Below Deck was arrested in December for “intentionally chok[ing a] person without consent”.
Update from yesterdays thread on the restraining order. From the article:
”The alleged incident occurred shortly after Christmas Day, with officers arresting Gallagher on Dec. 27 for allegedly assaulting an unnamed 29-year-old woman at a Sydney-area apartment complex the previous day.
Gallagher was charged with “assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing a] person without consent, and common assault,” according to New South Wales Police. There were no reports of any serious injuries being suffered by either party. Gallagher was eventually granted conditional bail. It is not clear how he pleaded to the charges. (Gallagher did not immediately reply to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment.)“
In DV, choking is a risk factor in escalating violent behaviour. I hope Gael and their child is safe.
