Do online subscriptions need online cancellation methods?

I was recently charged by the Times newspaper and I realised I forgot to cancel after the trial period. Then I came across this on their website. Is this even legal? I don't think it is as surely if you allow people to sign up online, they must be able to cancel online. Anyone know the answer?

This pretty much answers why people's houses don't sell

The key is people "price according to what they want to buy and not what their house is worth." A bit moronic to be frank. It's like saying I want to buy a Ferrari so I'll price my Audi A3 at a price which means I fork out less cash.....
