I've searched around and I did the 12-7 bank robbery quest but idk how to get it pls help

I have enough for only one though, which should I choose? I'm not sure whether to spend tickets rn or wait for their free ex weapon in the login event.

Also my main team is composed of beth daisy eunha and aa72(I'm trying to replace her for either of them)
