Small crack in grout
A good way to fix a small crack in the grout along coping? Would like for the color to match somewhat, gray is fine. I was thinking Sika, but that stuff runs everywhere and I don’t want to risk it getting into the pool.

I am getting quotes to upgrade a GE Networx alarm system installed around 2008. It still works, but has some issues that when they occur (typically in the middle of the night) I go and unplug the system since there isn't a way to silence the keypads, per the tech. I received one quote for a DSC system, which seems to be the same type of stuff I have now. LCD keypad with bubble keys, some wireless sensors, etc, close to $5K with labor.
Another company is wanting to install an IQ system, no hardware cost, but 3 year contract at $60 per month. No idea what equipment that includes, I told them what I have and asked for a breakdown of what would be installed, but the sale pitch is really strong with no information on what is being installed. I am super hesitant with this company.
Third company hasn't given me a quote but after I sent pictures of my system they replied with - there is a small resistor that is installed on the end of the wire where the contact / sensor is, meaning the resistors are inaccessible because they're buried in the window frame / door frame. When these existing wires connect to the new alarm the alarm has trouble understanding the sensor. We should schedule a service call for a technician visit the site to see if anything needs to be upgraded to wireless. - Does this sound accurate?
The other two companies (one of them being who I am currently paying a monitoring fee to) never asked for pictures, just we can do it. I am kind of leaning towards the third company, but I have to pay an hourly fee for the tech to come out for a couple of hours and test all of the lines, which kind of irks me.
Should I call another company for a fourth opinion?
Also, is there an alarm system that has an app that doesn't include a monthly fee to arm/disarm the alarm. Each company says that is an extra $10-15 per month since that is what the app is charging them.
