Even he is not as fast as I would like (or lenghty), im in
need for a Good RM IF. He is 89 right now and waiting until the last minute for a Evo that increase hia speed. Should I do It?

Is it worth it doing this SBC now or wait until TOTS Ultimate? I have 3 cards that have duplicates but don't know if it's better to wait. Its my first time playing UT so Im not used to TOTS Cicle so sorry for the dumb question.
