I just recently got a new Portola and assembled it. I believe I put the handlebars on correctly, seems stable, but the steering is pretty tight and not as smooth as on my other bikes. It also squeaks a bit when I turn it. I have adjusted the top bolt, but it's already pretty loose. Has anyone encountered this issue?
