Wanted to share update I got after CT urogram with contrast after i had a worrisome Ultrasound result

The first picture is from a ultrasound i had earlier in the month and it worried me so much and literally destroyed my mental health for this whole month. It said i had a 1.4 mm lesion on my left kidney. I just got my CT urogram done yesterday and literally just got the results and now its saying theres no renal lesion to correspond with the finding on the ultrasound. Im very very relieved and almost shaking but still not 100% convinced. My doctor hasnt called me yet and im still going to push for more test but I just wanted to see what you guys think of this and if it ever happened to you guys. It said there may be a very small cyst under 1 mm but nothing to correspond with the ultrasound findings. Please pray for me as Ill pray for all of you ❤️

Scared if lesion is cancer. 24 M

I went in for a abdominal ultrasound for a on and off ache on the right side under my ribs. Its been going on for a year and ive had a ultrasound done last year and ct scan with no contrast done in the spring. Both test showed nothing and i was fine. Recently i was having the same ache so my GI doctor sent me for a ultrasound again and i just got my results throught my health app and it showed this : Full Report
IMPRESSION:
** **
Hepatic steatosis.
** **
1.4 cm hypoechoic left renal lesion, for which follow-up ultrasound in 3-6 months is recommended.
** **
Gallbladder polyp measuring 0.3 cm with low risk morphology. Follow-up recommendation: no follow up needed*.

My doctors never called me yet but im having extreme anxiety over this and feel like they are going to tell me the worst. I never wouldve expected to have a lesion on my left kidney because i dont have pain on that side. I dont know what to think or feel right now because when i look this up online it shows 80% chance of it being cancer.
