I am looking for free places to take my kids where I can feel safe as a mom by myself out there with little ones... Parks, trails, museums, anywhere like that. Bonus points for sharing what it is about the place that makes you feel like it's pretty safe, like if there are usually plenty of people around or it's at least got good visibility or even if it's just in a low-crime area, anything like that.
