The painting on the left was front and center at Little Saint James. I couldn't decode the symbolism until I saw the Solomon image—then it seemed perfectly obvious. It's from page 2 of the book 'The Doctrine of High Magic" by Eliphas Levi—where Levi introduces fucken Baphomet to the world. Again, some will argue Baphomet symbolizes 'balance/macro-microcosm' etc, etc...and they will get banned on this sub. We are not having a theological debate.
