how do you deal with information you don’t have the energy to process immediately?

lately ive been having this problem where ill be in class, a meeting, or even just talking to someone and I know what they’re saying is important, but my brain is just not working

i dont want to interrupt every few minutes to write something down, but then later I barely remember what was discussed.

it is taking a serious hit on my productivity and memory

Has anyone found a genuinely good AI note taking/ productivity app?

im mainly looking for something that can record meetings/lectures, transcribe them properly, and give me a useful summary afterwards. i don’t really need 20 different productivity features.. just something that actually saves time compared to taking notes manually.

what are you guys using?

Does anyone else struggle with their hair while running?

This feels like such a minor problem, but it genuinely annoys me every time I run 😭

I have fairly long/thick hair, and I still haven’t figured out a hairstyle that actually stays comfortable for an entire run. A normal ponytail starts bouncing around and gives me a headache after a while, but a tight ponytail also starts pulling at my scalp. A bun usually comes loose halfway through, especially if I’m sweating.

And then there’s the annoying part where loose strands stick to my face and neck once I start sweating. I’ve tried caps, headbands, braids, different hair ties… somehow everything either gets uncomfortable or falls apart after 30–40 minutes.

I know this is probably a very niche complaint, but what do you all actually do with your hair for longer runs?
